Batman Party Cape

Your Batman party guests will freak out (in a good way) when they see this cape that can be easily worn and removed with a velcro closure around the neck.  They'll all want to be Batman!

This medium weight plastic cape measures 20 inches from neck to hem, 20.5 inches across the widest point at the bottom, and 14 inches across the narrower shoulder area. One inch Velcro buttons are securely fastened to the neck tab closures. When closed, the neck opening measures 21 inches around.
