Harley Quinn With Gag Gun Button

There's a lot questions about this button of Harley Quinn.  She looks like a skilled sharp shooter blowing the gunpowder smoke off the top of the pistol she's holding, as if she's just used this gun. But here's the thing: a spring is coming out of the gun like it's a gag gun. So what's going on here? We think this is quite the tongue-in-cheek image of Harley Quinn acting so serious with such a goofy situation.
